Antigua -In early hours of Feb. 7th,2008 Angela Madsen made history. Angela, a paraplegic from Long Beach, Ca, set off to row across the Atlantic Ocean, with Franck Festor, an Amputee from France. She doesn't speak French and he doesn't speak English. They left La Gomera in the Canary Islands on 12/02/07. This morning their epic journey came to an end!
