AUSA Newell Rubbermaid Volunteer Family of the Year Announced

AUSA Family Programs is pleased to announce the selection of Major Kevin and Mrs. Dede Bolke and their four children, Nicholas, Benjamin, Max and Rex as the recipients of the AUSA Newell Rubbermaid Volunteer Family of the Year.  AUSA's Whites Sands Missile Chapter nominated the Bolke family in recognition of their outstanding volunteer contributions to Soldiers, and families, their community and country. 

The Bolke family will be recognized in Washington, D.C. at the AUSA Annual Meeting where they will receive the award, a cash prize and a gift basket courtesy of Rubbermaid, AUSA and GEICO. 

AUSA Family Programs would also like to congratulate the two runner-up families: Colonel John and Molly Lenk and their children Trevor and Courtney Smits of McDonough, Georgia, and Mrs. Barclay Murphy and her children Luke and Elly of Charleston, South Carolina. Each runner up family will be awarded a certificate of distinction, a savings bond, and a gift basket in recognition of their volunteer service to their fellow Soldiers, Army families, and communities.
