Tell a Friend

I am proud to announce that I have accepted the volunteer position of Director of Employer Outreach for California’s Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a Department of Defense office. The ESGR recognizes those employers who go above and beyond in outstanding support of their employees who serve in the Guard and Reserves. The ESGR also promotes awareness of applicable laws, and resolves conflict between employers and service members.  I will be facilitating signing ceremonies for companies that want to sign a Statement of Support for their Guard and Reserve employees. The Statement of Support encourages employers to act as advocates for employee participation in the military.  At home and abroad, we can take pride in and express appreciation for all who serve, whether they are active duty, Guard, Reservists or veterans, from each and every branch of our military.  If you are an employer with operations within California and want to arrange a signing ceremony or wish to learn more, please email [email protected]. The ESGR motto says it all, "WE ALL SERVE!"

Best regards,

Debbie Gregory, CEO
